Do you find yourself putting off cleaning up your QuickBooks? You know that it’s important, but it just happens to be one of those things you keep saying…. “I’ll get to it later” 😉
The key to being more efficient and organized with QuickBooks is cleaning up mistakes, and getting rid of old vendors and customers that you no longer need.
If it’s been more than 60 days since you’ve reconciled and fixed errors and mistakes, I guarantee that your reports are not accurate.
If one of your goals is to create reports you can read and understand, I recommend slowing down and taking some time to prioritize your QuickBooks.
This tip is all about the importance of slowing down to take your business to the next level.

I would love to learn how to check for all mistakes and clean up my QB
Candus, I need your help. I deal with two companies with two owners. One company pays for everything and received the deposit of all sales. How can I separate the expenses between the two companies and how can I split the sales. How to post them in QB desktop Pro.
Hi Raquel,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I will add your question to the list Candus chooses from to make her videos.:)

Most certainly! I would love to clean up and make corrections on entries that not accurate.
Yes, I think that I have actually slowed down myself, and not tried to rush to the next lesson so that I understand the topic much better. Now when I go to reconcile my bank accounts, I am able to move through the process with more confidence than I had before.
Hi Winston,
I am so happy to hear that! It always puts a smile on my face knowing people are being helped 😁
Have a great day!
