Say what you mean, and mean what you say.

Have you ever had someone make a comment and then say “I’m just teasing or joking”?

I believe those comments come from somewhere.

I encourage you to say what you mean in a way that you can be proud of.

If someone is treating you this way let them know you prefer they share how they feel honestly.
