You do a very good job explaining not only QB but accounting procedures. I have been a bookkeeper for along time using QB. I like to watch your videos.
Thank you
Thank you so much! I’m so happy to hear you like our videos 😊 – Sam, Team Candus
How do you handle a bounced check given through Donations (Sales Receipts)?
Jan,
It’s the same way you’d put it back to A/R as shown on the video (if you want them to pay later/want an invoice), or you’d write an expense and reduce your “income/donations” account.
Have a great day!
Candus
What if the “record bounced check” option is greyed out?
Hi Cian,
Thanks for your questions. Candus does cover this at around the 5:55 mark of the video.
