I was recently on a business trip and popped into a “family-style” restaurant (where everyone eats at a big table together). The lady across from me asked, “Where are you from and what do you do?”
You should have seen the look on her face when I mentioned I teach QuickBooks. It told me everything. 🥹
She started sharing with me how frustrating it was to have all of her income and expenses entered into QuickBooks and still have no idea if she was profitable.
I asked her, “Do you know how to pull your profit and loss?”
She replied, “No, I don’t even know what that is or where to find it”. 😩
After visiting with her, I decided to create this video to help with the issues I’m noticing many QuickBooks users have… “Leaky Bucket Syndrome”.
I’d love to help you learn how to pull your reports and know exactly what’s happening in your business so that you can make decisions that will stop the leaks in your business bucket and improve your profitability.
The first step is to know how to pull your reports and what they are saying. This is exactly what I’ll be covering on a special training I created with you in mind.

I’m excited to teach you how to Customize QuickBooks!

I always benefit your class in some way even though we don’t use all the tricks available. I reconcile all 5 accounts every month and I can’t imagine any business not reconciling every month. You mention this quite often, so I guess you run into this often.
I think I wish we would have set up our QB as 2 separate companies. That would have made the profit and loss easier. We are a garden club that rents out the facility. The profit on the rentals are different that the actual garden club. Can you approach this in one of your videos ?
Hi Diane,
Thank you so much for sharing! We are so glad that you have found the classes helpful 😁
I will add your question to our idea list that Candus uses when creating new videos.
Have a great day! -Daniel/Team Candus
